Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Full life-cycle contracts administration and comprehensive program controls functions for assigned contracts
- Daily interaction and coordination with external customers and subcontractors, internal SOTECH management, and other SOTECH administrative functional departments.
- Performs program controls functions of assigned contracts to include establishing program budgets and schedules, tracking costs, preparing of management and customer cost reports.
- Establishes charge code structures- ensuring the accuracy of both the timecard and accounting systems. Prepares spreadsheets, spend plans, fee analyses, and profitability projections.
- Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals.
- Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications and contractual provisions.
Skills Needed:
- Requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field, including FAR and DFAR.
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; Familiarity with Deltek GCS Premier contracts database
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.
