Electrical Engineer
Job Description:
This position involves team leadership in the design, production, follow and test of electrical/electronic systems for airborne vehicles and their ground support facilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
United States Citizenship is a requirement for this position.
A broad range of knowledge within the electrical field is necessary including, but not limited to, instrumentation and control, power distribution, communications, fiber optics and programmable logic controllers. Experience with avionics systems is a plus.
The successful candidate will have a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum 5 years design experience.
Skills Needed:
The position requires a candidate with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in and lead multi-disciplinary groups. Demonstrated experience in team leadership and budget management is an advantage.
The successful candidate will operate as part of a small integrated product team with design and schedule responsibilities and must possess a strong base of practical skills to enable following all aspects of the design from concept through fabrication and test.
