Web Administrator
Job Description:
Job duties include, but are not limited to, Commerce Server, IIS, .Net, and server administration. Candidate must have a methodical approach to task management and excellent documentation skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Web Server configuration and security (IIS)
•.NET Framework and .NET application configuration
•Commerce Server 2002 and/or 2007 deployment and administration
•Public Key Infrastructure
•Basic Windows Server administration and Active Directory concepts
•VMWare Infrastructure
•Strong communication and documentation skills - ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to include high-quality technical documentation and diagrams
•Ability to retain current knowledge of company guidelines, organizational policies, and industry best practices
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, technically challenging and dynamic environment
•Ability to apply analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail
Must also demonstrate a sense of urgency, take initiative, sense of ownership of their work, strong team player, constant desire to improve, positive attitude, and willing to learn and experience a new environment.
Desired qualifications:
•Experience in Commerce Server 2002 and/or 2007
•Experience in SQL 2005 administration
•Experience in DotNetNuke environment
•Experience in working in a hosted environment
Skills Needed:
Candidate must possess 3 years professional experience working in a structured IT environment. Minimum of 1 year experience focused in supporting a high-demand e-commerce system. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or management information systems concentration preferred (equivalent work experience can substitute degree). Extensive skills and work history with Commerce Server 2002 or 2007 is highly desired.
