Senior Software Engineer
Job Description:
There are multiple openings for this position. Candidate will participate in an engineering and development team. Analyze system requirement and support design and development activities for complex systems. Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. Responsible for the integration of requirements, design and technology during the design and development of complex systems. Seamlessly incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops associated technical documentation. Guides implementation of and adherence to the C4ISR/DoDAF process and Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. PMP is preferred.
Skills Needed:
Minimum of 8 years experience in technical program management and/or as a system development team lead. At least 4 years of this experience must me relevant to SIGINT, Communications Systems, and/or Information Technology.
Five (5) years experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition into operations.
Five (5) years system engineering experience obtained in an intelligence community environment.
